Good traders liquidate their positions when they believe they are wrong; Great traders reverse their positions when they believe they are wrong.

The larger the position, the greater the danger that trading decisions will be driven by fear rather than by judgement and experience. You have to trade within your " emotional capacity". Otherwise, you will be prone to getting out of good trades on meaningless corrections and losing money on trades that would have been winners. Although trading too large is the most common reason why traders fail, there are times when trading large is justified and even desirable. " It's not whether you're right or wrong that's important, but how much money you make when you're right and how much you lose when you're wrong".
